What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee outlet operations, from opening to closing, ensuring service meets Hyatt standards
- 2Lead, train, and mentor a team of servers and bartenders, setting shift goals and conducting lineups
- 3Resolve guest complaints on the spot, turning issues into loyalty moments
- 4Audit food and beverage quality each shift, checking temperature, presentation, and freshness
- 5Enforce TABC and sanitation compliance, keeping health scores above 95
- 6Manage inventory counts and par levels, reducing waste by 10% in first quarter
- 7Coordinate special events like brunches and holiday buffets, aligning with sales team
- 8Scheduling shifts and managing labor costs, adjusting to occupancy forecasts
Requirements8
- 12+ years in a supervisory role within resort or restaurant F&B
- 2TABC and Texas Food Handler's certification required
- 321+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean record
- 4Open availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 5Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, from 95°F heat to rain
- 6Strong leadership, with ability to coach and correct in real-time
- 7Hands-on experience with point-of-sale systems like Micros or Aloha
- 8Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP
