What You'll Do10
- 1Operate POS registers for food and drinks, including the bar register when directed.
- 2Prepare food and beverage items following Round1's policies and standards.
- 3Reset and bus the food court seating area to keep it guest-ready.
- 4Wash and dry dishes, glasses, and other cooking and prep utensils.
- 5Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash tills and kitchen cleaning.
- 6Manage food and beverage inventory by store policies, checking temperature for refrigerators and freezers.
- 7Monitor and manage plates, cups, and utensil inventory, flagging low stock.
- 8Perform restroom checks and cleaning, including laundry of rags.
- 9Respond to customer requests with a friendly, polite demeanor.
- 10Operate POS to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes, lend out karaoke, billiards, darts, and ping pong equipment, and issue cards and credits for the arcade.
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2Must be 21+ to handle alcohol.
- 31-2 years experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
- 4Bartending experience preferred, not required.
- 5Open availability, especially night shifts and weekends.
- 6Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, twist, and climb.
- 7Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
