What You'll Do11
- 1Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile
- 2Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services
- 3Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers
- 4Establish close working relationships with assigned Business Partners to refer customers
- 5Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals
- 6Provide guidance to CSRs regarding the sales and referral process
- 7Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly professional demeanor
- 8Act with confidence by answering customer questions and owning issues
- 9Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct
- 10Participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process from application to closing
- 11Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart processes as directed
Requirements8
- 1College degree or relevant work experience
- 2Experience in the financial industry preferred
- 3Ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions
- 4Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication
- 5Understanding of Retail policies and procedures for sound decision-making
- 6S.A.F.E. Act registration through the NMLS website
- 7Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities for new and existing customers
- 8Commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with all regulations
