What You'll Do11
- 1Build financial plans using stocks bonds mutual funds annuities and banking solutions
- 2Recommend brokerage products aligned with client goals
- 3Triaging client requests and referring to internal service providers
- 4Mitigate risks during daily operations
- 5Identify new clients through referrals or existing clientele
- 6Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs
- 7Maintain compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements
- 8Perform regulatory due diligence in client interactions
- 9Manage schedules and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- 10Develop strong relationships and communicate effectively
- 11Set and achieve measurable client objectives
Requirements8
- 1Series 7 and 66 licenses with optional 63 or 65 substitution
- 2Minimum one year investment industry experience
- 3One year financial services or sales experience with proven results
- 4Bilingual Spanish proficiency
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Ability to work rotating Saturdays as needed
- 7Experience with insurance licensing and client relationship management
- 8Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards
Salary Insight
$70 - $80k per year
