Financial Analyst, FP&A and Accounting
Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to own financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis for our Plantation, Florida team. You will partner with leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role combines deep analytical rigor with a solid foundation in accrual accounting and financial systems. You will use ADP, CRM platforms, and Crystal Reports to extract and interpret data. The position offers direct exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and audit support within a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Analyze financial results, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for management.
- 2Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with Excel and Power BI.
- 3Maintain accurate financial data by reviewing records, reconciling variances, and supporting accrual accounting processes.
- 4Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business information and improve reporting quality.
- 5Use accounting and reporting systems like ADP and Crystal Reports to extract, organize, and interpret data.
- 6Assist with budget development, capital planning, and expense tracking to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- 7Support audit-related activities by preparing documentation and validating financial information.
- 8Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting by leveraging data tools and system capabilities.
Requirements6
- 13+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting with close attention to detail.
- 2Working knowledge of accrual accounting, auditing practices, and core accounting functions.
- 3Proficiency with ADP, CRM platforms, and Crystal Reports for financial reporting.
- 4Ability to apply data mining techniques to translate large data sets into business insights.
- 5Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- 6Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Salary Insight
