Finance Analyst, FP&A at Skincare Brand
Overview
Own financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close for Fresh's headquarters and central functions, supporting a global skincare brand in the LVMH Group. Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Creative, and HR, partnering with the Associate Director, FP&A. Drive accuracy and analysis to guide business decisions. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain monthly close processes, including actuals reporting, accruals, and variance analysis for HQ departments.
- 2Prepare data and initial analyses for monthly reviews with Marketing, PR, Creative, and HR, focusing on accruals and actuals.
- 3Partner with Accounting to ensure data integrity in financial records and reported results.
- 4Monitor indirect purchasing activities and enforce compliance with company policies.
- 5Develop dashboards and bridge reports using Power BI and Excel to track key operating metrics and identify cost efficiencies.
- 6Foster collaborative relationships with HQ departments and broader Finance team.
- 7Conduct ad hoc analyses to assess business operations and support recommendations.
- 8Simplify and automate reporting processes, leveraging AI tools where possible.
- 9Identify risks and opportunities that influence investment and spending decisions.
Requirements9
- 11-4+ years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or business analysis, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close.
- 4Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling.
- 5Proficiency with financial systems: SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or Power BI preferred.
- 6Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret financial data.
- 7Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- 8Collaborative mindset and interest in process improvement.
- 9Familiarity with AI tools or emerging technologies is a plus.
