What You'll Do7
- 1Achieve New Business Goals – Meet or exceed production targets and objectives
- 2Generate Leads and Drive Sales – Prospect for new business through calls, networking, referrals, and lead databases
- 3Close Sales – Develop insurance quotes, deliver engaging sales presentations, and successfully close deals
- 4Expand Your Network – Build a strong pipeline by leveraging referrals, marketing efforts, and cold-calling strategies
- 5Comprehensive Training – Participate in a 5-week, hands-on training program with the award-winning University of Farmers
- 6Lead Sales Team – Mentor new agents and drive performance across the district
- 7Maintain Compliance – Ensure all regulatory requirements are met for insurance licensing
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses are required
- 3Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- 4Strong Communication skills are essential
- 5Independent and driven mindset
- 6Goal-Oriented attitude with proactive approach
