Facilities Maintenance Specialist III - O'Reilly Auto Parts
Overview
Own facility and grounds maintenance across distribution centers to maximize productivity. Ensure preventative maintenance for all systems including HVAC electrical lighting roofing generators parking lots fans restrooms plumbing. Provide cost effective resource usage recommendations. Manage procurement bidding contracts and onsite supervision of construction projects. Supervise trainers and maintain safety compliance. Serve as first responder for emergencies. Requirements5
- 14-5 years management experience in facilities
- 2Certification or journeyman status in trades
- 3High school diploma or GED
- 4College degree in Facilities Management Maintenance Construction or Real Estate
- 5Fluency in Spanish preferred
