Overview
We seek a caring dependable energetic individual to join our After School program. This role involves supervising and engaging students from toddlers through 8th grade in a safe positive supportive environment. The position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact while fostering growth across diverse age groups.
What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise students during after-school hours
- 2Ensure student safety and well-being
- 3Lead games activities and enrichment opportunities
- 4Assist younger students with basic needs and routines
- 5Support a positive respectful environment
- 6Communicate professionally with staff and families
- 7Create a welcoming after-school atmosphere
- 8Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals
- 9Collaborate with teachers to integrate academic support
- 10Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- 11Organize classroom materials and learning spaces
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 26 credit hours in Early Childhood Education
- 3College degree preferred
- 4Experience working with children preferred
- 5Strong communication and classroom management skills
- 6Reliable patient and team-oriented attitude
- 7Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- 8Commitment to supporting student development throughout elementary years
- 9Flexibility to work any or all days of the week
Salary Insight
