What You'll Do7
- 1Lead and supervise the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality presentation and safety

- 3Manage inventory cost control and procurement to optimize resources efficiently
- 4Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and health regulations at all times
- 5Coordinate banquet events and catering services while maintaining excellent service standards
- 6Provide mentorship and training to staff on kitchen operations food handling and culinary techniques

Requirements7
- 1Extensive culinary experience with a background in fine dining and restaurant management
