- 5Resolve time record inaccuracies and prepare final reports
- 6Design filing systems and manage confidential correspondence
- 7Search files and gather data for supervisor and staff
- 8Use automation to remind teams of deadlines and events
- 9Assemble statistics for reports and process forms
- 10Serve as liaison to faculty staff students alumni and external agencies
- 11Participate in meetings and arrange travel for unit administrator
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading office support teams
- 3AA/AS substitution for four years of experience
- 4BA/BS substitution for up to four years of experience
- 5High School diploma or GED with two to four years of work experience
- 6Proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Access
- 7Knowledge of accounting and budgeting procedures
- 8Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- 9Discretion and confidentiality skills
- 10Strong oral and written communication abilities
Salary Insight
$80 - $85k per year
