What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and execute multiple events including children birthday parties and craft classes
- 2Demonstrate and instruct craft projects while facilitating face painting and other activities
- 3Set up break down and clean before and after each event
- 4Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- 5Participate in truck unload stocking and planogram processes
- 6Complete merchandise recovery and support SISO and AD set duties
- 7Adhere to SOPs and assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS
- 8Support shrink and safety programs through proper execution of policies
- 9Interact respectfully with guests of all ages and colleagues
- 10Cross train in custom framing and participate in daily cleaning activities
- 11Assist with customer shopping and explain rewards program benefits
Requirements8
- 1Energetic enthusiastic personality with strong people skills
- 2Experience working with children and children's events
- 3Excellent communication skills including written verbal and nonverbal
- 4Organizational skills interpersonal abilities and creative problem solving
- 5Retail or customer service experience required
- 6Physical ability to stand long periods move throughout store bend lift reach and stretch
- 7Regular bending lifting heavy boxes accessing high shelves with ladder
- 8Preference for candidates with 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
