Overview
The ETL Developer will own end to end data integration design and transformation at scale. You will collaborate with data engineers and business teams to build reliable data pipelines across systems. The role sits on a hybrid team in Dallas and focuses on delivering robust ETL solutions. This position offers a 12 month contract with potential extension and competitive pay.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain end to end ETL pipelines to move and transform data across systems
- 2Design data transformations and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability
- 3Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define data models and workflows
- 4Ship scalable data integration solutions that meet business needs within the first 90 days
- 5Debug and optimize existing ETL processes to reduce run times and failures
- 6Lead data quality initiatives and implement monitoring and alerting for data pipelines
- 7Coordinate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- 8Document data lineage, mapping, and transformation rules
- 9Improve performance by tuning queries and optimizing job orchestration
- 10Review code and provide mentorship to junior team members

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with SQL and data integration tools
- 2Strong experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling
- 3Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain reliable data pipelines
- 4Hands on experience with batch and near real time data processing
- 5Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a hybrid environment
