- 4Adjust installation methods to meet each customer's satisfaction.
- 5Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring durability and finish.
- 6Coordinate with crew lead on daily project timelines and materials.
- 7Troubleshoot substrate issues like cracks or moisture during prep.
- 8Maintain tools and vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs.
- 9Document completed jobs with photos and client sign-off.
- 10Follow safety protocols for epoxy chemicals and equipment.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in epoxy or concrete flooring installation.
