- 6Mentor and develop project managers through formal coaching
- 7Process improvement and standardization of program management practices
- 8Utilize Microsoft Project and AI tools for workflow efficiency
- 9Analyze data and resolve complex project challenges
- 10Maintain regulatory knowledge and uphold health safety protocols
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Science Environmental Engineering or related field
- 2Minimum 15 years experience including 5 years managing large government contracts
- 3Proven track record managing EPA Region 6 clients and state agencies
- 4Expertise with Microsoft Project and AI-assisted tools
- 5PMP or professional certifications preferred
- 6Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- 7Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 8Ability to travel up to 10% annually with possible weekend work
- 9Physical stamina for prolonged sitting and analytical tasks
- 10US citizenship required for federal contract roles
