What You'll Do9
- 1Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand professional networks
- 2Respond to client inquiries via phone email or text
- 3Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs
- 4Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team
- 5Personally visit new businesses develop relationships with local owners follow up on referral leads and re-service existing clients
- 6Build and nurture your own client portfolio
- 7Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 8Plan and adhere to weekly schedule submitting it to manager each week
- 9Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at end of each work day
Requirements5
- 1Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- 2Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
- 3Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain with course provided and fee reimbursement)
- 4Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
- 5Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered
