We seek a motivated customer focused Insurance Sales Representative to generate new business through outbound calls. This role drives growth as a key team member. You will help clients protect what matters most while growing in the insurance industry.
What You'll Do6
- 1Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
- 2Educate potential customers on auto home life and business insurance products
- 3Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- 4Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to close sales
- 5Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- 6Collaborate with the agent and team to meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal oriented mindset
- 4Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- 5Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- 6Must obtain or already possess an Oregon insurance license training provided
Salary Insight
$60 - $400k per year
