You will own daily operations of nonprofit outreach campaigns across Houston, building leadership skills while driving donor engagement. What You'll Do8
- 1Support community outreach campaigns for national nonprofit partners, engaging donors face-to-face.
- 2Interact directly with customers, representing each client professionally and managing objections in real time.
- 3Learn daily business operations that drive campaign growth and client success, including reporting and inventory tracking.
- 4Assist with campaign planning, operational coordination, and on-site logistics for Houston-area events.
- 5Collaborate with the leadership team on campaign strategy, adjusting tactics based on conversion data.
- 6Maintain positive customer experiences during outreach events, resolving concerns on the spot.
- 7Complete Assistant Manager Training modules on leadership, coaching, and business fundamentals.
- 8Work with fellow Assistant Managers to achieve team goals and share best practices.
