What You'll Do7
- 1Design and deliver bespoke 1-on-1 SAT and ACT coaching sessions to elevate student scores
- 2Analyze student metrics to identify weaknesses and create customized high-yield lesson plans
- 3Transform student mindset by reducing anxiety and fostering confidence through rigorous academic challenges
- 4Implement proprietary pedagogy after completing comprehensive training program
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain world-class instructional standards
- 6Maintain availability during weekday afternoons and weekends to accommodate student schedules
- 7Commit to a minimum of five hours weekly while scaling impact across multiple clients
Requirements5
- 12+ years of direct SAT or ACT coaching experience with proven score acceleration results
- 2Bachelor's degree from a Top 25 Ivy Plus national university
- 3Demonstrated ability to teach all sections of SAT and ACT including Reading Writing Math Science for ACT
- 4Passing internal K-8 Math proficiency test as part of screening process
- 5Strong communication skills for collaboration with families and internal experts
