Overview
The ARM Institute seeks an Education and Workforce Development (EWD) Team Administrative Assistant to deliver operational support for Education and Workforce Development programs. This role ensures smooth execution of organizational priorities through logistics, scheduling, and record management.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support scheduling and calendar coordination for workshops and meetings
- 2Prepare agendas and distribute meeting materials
- 3Maintain organized electronic and shared file systems
- 4Assist with document collection and tracking for contracts and sub-awards
- 5Perform data entry and basic recordkeeping for program activities
- 6Coordinate routine communications with internal staff and stakeholders
- 7Help prepare correspondence and administrative documents
- 8Provide logistical support for workshops, events, and training activities
- 9Assist with onboarding tasks for participants and stakeholders
- 10Organize proposal and process documentation
- 11Ensure materials and records meet organizational practice standards
