What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and Support Shifts overseeing site crew during shifts
- 2Administer handovers following incidents or complaints
- 3Maintain safe working environment through daily safety checks
- 4Manage opening and closing procedures with financial reporting
- 5Set venue atmosphere focusing on music atmosphere lighting temperature
- 6Handle deliveries stock accountability
- 7Start and end of day procedures with accurate reporting
- 8Attend manager meetings
- 9Drive sales and business leadership day to day
- 10Support crew in tough situations
- 11Develop problem solving solutions for team challenges
Requirements6
- 1Minimum age 21 years old
- 2Experience working in a bar
- 32-3 years shift leadership experience
- 4Understanding of craft beer and legislation
- 5Ability to lift 50 lbs
- 6Willingness to work 45 hours per week
