- 6Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout litigation
- 7Advise clients on legal rights options and potential outcomes
- 8Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines professionally
- 9Collaborate with legal team to achieve favorable case results
- 10Ensure compliance with all court documentation requirements
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in family law litigation
- 23-5 seasons solo practice background
- 3Juris Doctor (J.D.) from accredited law school
- 4Active New Jersey Bar license in good standing
- 5Proven ability to independently manage family law caseloads
- 6Strong courtroom advocacy and trial preparation skills
- 7Family Law Litigation expertise required
- 8Divorce and Child Custody specialization preferred
- 9Expertise in Alimony, Domestic Violence, and Mediation processes
- 10Demonstrated proficiency in Legal Research, Writing, and Negotiation
- 11Excellent organization and time management capabilities
