What You'll Do11
- 1Staff all locations with qualified Regional General Managers and Assistant Managers
- 2Develop sales strategies to exceed budget targets across multiple units
- 3Control expenses to maintain profit margins per P&L statements
- 4Ensure compliance with corporate operational standards and labor laws
- 5Hire terminate and conduct performance reviews for GM and supervisor roles
- 6Assist with training programs to develop management teams
- 7Maintain Sailormen Inc policies including security safety cash handling and harassment guidelines
- 8Open new restaurants while meeting budget and quality standards
- 9Execute marketing plans and handle city-related operational issues
- 10Remodel restaurants and manage DMA marketing initiatives
- 11Foster a team environment aligned with Sailormen culture
Requirements7
- 14-year college business degree preferred
- 23-5 years multiunit management experience in food industry
- 3Proven success as restaurant General Manager
- 4Familiarity with Popeyes policies and procedures
- 5Strong leadership and human relations skills
- 6Excellent communication abilities both oral and written
- 7Bachelor's degree required
