What You'll Do21
- 1Authorize entrance of staff and customers
- 2Verify proper paperwork identification for entry
- 3Maintain internal and perimeter store security
- 4Inspect and patrol premises regularly
- 5Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to alarms
- 6Assist with incident reporting and data collection
- 7Serve as emergency response point of contact
- 8Promote positive customer experience and compliance
- 9Ensure store cleanliness and product accuracy
- 10Guide customers through sales transactions
- 11Fulfill and pack orders moving them to sales floor
- 12Develop product knowledge for customer interactions
- 13Accurately use POS system for transactions
- 14Execute inventory and visual merchandising tasks
- 15Manage cash handling and customer cart processes
- 16Lead store operations as directed by leadership
- 17Maintain organized and safe store environment
- 18Attain 5+ years experience with security systems
- 19Hold IDFPR 20-hour training certification
- 20Obtain state Registered Agent Card
- 21Adhere to cannabis industry regulations and laws
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Completed IDFPR 20 hour basic training
- 421 years of age minimum
- 5Retail experience preferred
- 6Exceptional customer service skills
- 7Basic computer proficiency
- 8Camera surveillance system experience preferred
- 9First aid or CPR certification preferred
- 10Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- 11Ability to learn state/local cannabis regulations
- 12Strong organizational and time management skills
