What You'll Do10
- 1Builds and maintains complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and equipment to company standards
- 2Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes either by hand or with a dishwasher machine depending on equipment assignment
- 3Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards
- 4Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- 5Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures and loads materials as required
- 6Polishes silver using available equipment and methods
- 7Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation
- 8Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- 9Removes trash and manages waste disposal as directed
- 10Performs other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations

- 1Must have 2 years dishwashing experience
- 2Ability to work 6am-2:30pm shift with weekend availability
