What You'll Do9
- 1Coordinate logistics including food meeting rooms and technology needs for all group settings
- 2Manage FellowshipOne Database to maintain accurate class and group information
- 3Connect Story guests with appropriate ministries and classes
- 4Support the Discipleship Pastor in launching new groups
- 5Teach Core Classes on biblical topics with strong facilitation skills
- 6Collaborate with Story Pastors on material development
- 7Organize retreats trainings and leader celebrations
- 8Plan and manage class registration events in January and August
- 9Report directly to the Pastor of Discipleship
Requirements5
- 15+ years building evangelism programs with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading volunteer teams
- 3Bachelor` degree in any field
- 4Full-time position with competitive compensation
- 5Proven ability to mentor and develop emerging leaders
