Overview
Lead clinical quality treatment outcomes and ABA programming for assigned caseload at Hickory clinic. Provide supervision hours weekly and ensure compliance with Medicaid and state regulations.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead clinical quality treatment outcomes and ABA programming for assigned caseload
- 2Provide supervision hours weekly
- 3Responsible for all other service codes in compliance
- 4Supervise mentor and coach RBTs
- 5Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using data-driven clinical decision-making
- 6Establish supervision standards documentation expectations and clinical best practices
- 7Partner with clinic operations on staffing RBT retention and team support
- 8Create positive clinic culture and develop future clinical leaders
- 9Apply knowledge of Python AWS React Kubernetes and Spark Airflow
Requirements6
- 1Active BCBA certification
- 2Licensed in North Carolina
- 3Previous leadership supervision or mentorship experience
- 4Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical data-driven ABA practice
- 5Ability to lead with accountability and empathy
- 6Experience with Medicaid and HB 696 changes
