What You'll Do12
- 1Lead development and execution of integrated business plans aligned with organizational goals driving right portfolio decisions financial and unit plans and market share outcomes
- 2Provide strategic and operational guidance to executive leadership on growth efficiency capital allocation and business performance
- 3Apply financial rigor and analytical insight to drive value based decision making across initiatives and programs
- 4Drive multi year business planning processes including long term planning annual operating plans and performance tracking
- 5Lead high impact initiatives and transformation programs and new business models
- 6Establish governance frameworks to monitor execution resolve high impact issues and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- 7Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute key initiatives and manage critical relationships
- 8Identify and implement opportunities to optimize business processes improve efficiency and reduce costs
- 9Develop reporting and analytics to inform decision making and track performance against targets
- 10Lead resource planning including budgets workforce planning and investment prioritization
- 11Build a high performance culture with strong leadership talent development and succession planning
- 12Influence senior executives on key business issues including risk management execution strategy and organizational priorities
Requirements6
- 1Four year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 2Typically 15+ years of relevant experience in strategy business planning operations or management consulting
- 3Preferred Certifications Project Management Professional PMP
- 4Knowledge and Skills Strategic Planning Financial Analysis Data Analysis Business Process Optimization Performance Management (KPIs)
- 5Enterprise Planning Systems Continuous Improvement Stakeholder Management
