Digital Workflow Manager - TS/SCI
Overview
Own the digital workflow architecture for a federal client at the Pentagon, managing a portfolio of TS/SCI-classified processes. You will lead the optimization of document management and information flow across a SharePoint environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security. In this role, you will modernize legacy workflows and drive measurable efficiency gains within the first year. You will report directly to the program manager and mentor junior staff on best practices in digital asset management.

- 1Design and implement automated workflow solutions using SharePoint and Power Automate to reduce manual processing time by 30% in the first 90 days.
- 2Manage the migration of legacy documents into a structured SharePoint library, ensuring metadata accuracy and TS/SCI compliance.
- 3Collaborate with IT and security teams to configure Azure access controls and audit trails for sensitive digital assets.
- 4Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for digital content management, training 10+ staff on new tools and processes.
- 5Monitor workflow performance via Power BI dashboards, identifying bottlenecks and applying corrective actions.
- 6Facilitate weekly stakeholder reviews to align digital initiatives with mission requirements and security protocols.
- 7Oversee version control and archival policies for SharePoint sites, safeguarding integrity and retrievability.
Requirements7
- 13+ years managing digital workflows or document management systems in a government or defense environment.
- 2Active TS/SCI clearance, verified and current.
- 3Hands-on expertise with SharePoint (2016 and online) and Power Automate or Nintex.
- 4Proficiency in Power BI for workflow analytics and reporting.
- 5Experience with Azure information protection and Active Directory integration.
- 6Strong knowledge of records management principles, including DoD 5015.2 standards.
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to create clear documentation and training materials.
