What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education to patients and clients
- 2Assess nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans
- 3Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support physician goals
- 4Provide nutrition education tailored to diverse populations
- 5Maintain accurate documentation of nutrition assessments and care plans
- 6Ensure adherence to safety protocols and organizational policies
- 7Participate in community service initiatives to promote health awareness
- 8Adapt nutrition regimens based on patient preferences and cultural considerations
- 9Mentor junior staff and serve as a resource for clinical guidance
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience as a Registered Dietitian
- 2Bachelor's Degree in Food & Nutrition or related field
- 3Registration and Licensure with the ADA Commission on Dietetic Registration
- 4Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation CPR Certification (Heart Saver)
- 5Effective oral and written communication skills
