What You'll Do11
- 1Scale developer adoption across hundreds of integration partners
- 2Conduct architectural assessments of employment data pipelines
- 3Identify patterns in feedback and usage trends to prioritize improvements
- 4Troubleshoot OAuth flows and other authentication challenges
- 5Develop internal workflows and tooling to strengthen the DSE function
- 6Advance developer documentation for self-serve integration
- 7Build subject matter expertise across target verticals
- 8Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve the employment data ecosystem
- 9Drive end-to-end project management for technical initiatives
- 10Maintain proficiency with Node.js SQL databases and caching layers like Redis
- 11Act as a trusted advisor to customers and influence product strategy
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional technical teams
- 3AWS experience preferred
- 4CPC Card certification
- 5BCBA certification
- 65+ years experience with Python and React
- 7Payroll integration background
- 8Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- 9Ability to work across stack components including Node.js and SQL databases
- 10Track record of debugging API issues through log analysis and tracing
- 11Exposure to HR systems or payroll integrations
