What You'll Do7
- 1Lead daily office operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and staff supervision, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- 2Hire, train, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- 3Consult with patients on treatment plans, verify insurance benefits, and manage payment collections to ensure high-quality care and financial health.
- 4Review monthly P&L statements, align sales strategies with business goals, and implement actions to increase profitability.
- 5Prepare and lead daily team huddles to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance.
- 6Deliver superior patient service with compassion, adhering to company policies, regulations, and dental board standards.
- 7Use data and analytical thinking to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- 11+ years managing a team of direct reports
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
