Dental Hygienist Recruiter Aspen Dental
Overview
Lead recruitment initiatives to fill positions for hygienists across multiple locations. Partner with managers to create plans and execute sourcing strategies. Close candidates and manage onboarding. Provide expert business support to dental practices nationwide.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assess manager needs and design recruiting plans
- 2Open requisitions and post job openings
- 3Source licensed hygienists via tools and social media
- 4Screen and qualify candidates for interviews
- 5Collaborate with Academic team for university recruitment
- 6Manage interview processes and negotiations
- 7Handle new hire onboarding and relationship management
- 8Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 23+ years full cycle recruitment experience
- 3Strong communication skills
- 4Ability to work in fast paced environment
- 5Technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel
- 6Reside in central or eastern standard time
- 7Experience with healthcare settings preferred
