What You'll Do11

- 4Conduct accurate digital impressions and bite registrations
- 5Support chairside assistants with instrument preparation and sterilization
- 6Maintain sterile environments and manage infection control protocols
- 7Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and satisfaction
- 8Document patient records and support electronic health systems
- 9Complete continuing education through TAG U programs
- 10Adapt to dynamic clinical settings while adhering to strict safety standards
- 11Develop strong communication skills to enhance patient experiences
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in dental assisting with proven clinical proficiency
- 2Active license or registration as required by Maryland state law
- 3Certified in radiography and infection control procedures
- 4High school diploma or equivalent with current licensure
- 5Strong interpersonal abilities demonstrated through patient interactions
- 6Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
