Overview
You own the road and the customer's doorstep, delivering hot Domino's pizza across Austin, Texas, with 1+ years of driving experience. You are the face of our brand, the MAC Pizza family, and each delivery is a chance to turn a hungry customer into a loyal fan. You work from our 13201 Pond Springs Rd store, with daily cash tips and mileage reimbursement.
What You'll Do10
- 1Deliver Domino's orders to customers in your assigned area within 30 minutes of dispatch, using GPS navigation.
- 2Greet each customer with a smile and hand over their order, verifying items and accepting payment via cash or card.
- 3Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices to protect yourself, the public, and the Domino's brand.
- 4Maintain your vehicle's cleanliness and fuel levels, ensuring it is road-ready for each shift.
- 5Load orders into your vehicle in the correct order of delivery, using heat bags to keep pizzas hot.
- 6Collect and reconcile cash and card payments at the end of your shift, turning in a daily route report.
- 7Follow the store's sanitation and food safety guidelines when handling orders and returning to the store.
- 8Collaborate with in-store team members to manage delivery queue and ensure timely dispatch.
- 9Communicate with the store manager about any delivery issues, road closures, or customer feedback.
- 10Attend weekly safety meetings and complete online training modules on defensive driving.
Requirements10
- 118 years of age or older
- 2Valid US driver's license
- 31+ years of driving experience
- 4Safe driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
- 5Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- 6Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs up to 100 feet
- 7Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 8Basic math skills for counting cash and making change
- 9Smartphone with GPS navigation capability
- 10Ability to pass a background check per franchise policy
