What You'll Do10
- 1Deliver orders within a 5-mile radius using GPS and map reading skills, averaging 15-25 stops per shift.
- 2Load and secure up to 10 pizzas plus sides in a hot bag for each run.
- 3Process cash and card payments at the door using POS handheld and make correct change.
- 4Use Domino's Pulse system to accept orders and update delivery status in real time.
- 5Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, checking tires, brakes, and lights weekly.
- 6Stock ingredients from delivery area to walk-in cooler and prep stations.
- 7Answer phones, take orders, and upsell Domino's deals to boost check averages.
- 8Clean store equipment and dining area daily, including pizza ovens and slicing stations.
- 9Assist with inventory counts and enter counts into the store system.
- 10Complete a 90-day milestone of zero late deliveries and 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements10
- 118+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 2Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries with proof of insurance.
- 36 months of delivery driving or customer service experience preferred.
- 4Ability to read maps and use GPS to locate addresses quickly.
- 5Must navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain while carrying orders.
- 6Basic math skills to make correct change and total orders.
- 7Verbal and written communication skills to process phone orders and interact with customers.
- 8Ability to use a computer keyboard and touch screen for order entry.
- 9Comfort with pizza cutter and peel during food prep.
