Overview
As a Delivery Driver at Domino's, you own the final mile of our customer experience, delivering hot, accurate orders in a safe and timely manner. What You'll Do9
- 1Collect cash, credit card payments, and coupons for delivered items
- 2Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carryout customers
- 3Ensure your delivery vehicle passes both mechanical and visual inspections
- 4Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
- 5Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions to customers
- 6Receive cross-training in pizza oven operation, product preparation, and opening/closing procedures
- 7Exhibit urgency when answering store phone lines and assisting carryout customers
- 8Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person
- 9Speak and write clearly, and use the computer-based order entry system
Requirements7
- 118+ years of age with a valid driver's license and safe driving record meeting Domino's standards
- 2Access to an insured vehicle for delivery, and be listed as an insured driver on that vehicle
- 3Navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within designated delivery areas, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- 4Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, including making correct monetary change
- 5Ability to operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- 6Flexibility to prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associate paperwork
- 7Commitment to clean equipment and facility daily
