What You'll Do10
- 1Drive safely and efficiently to deliver Domino's products within your designated area, using GPS and map reading to navigate.
- 2Carry orders up multi-story buildings and across adverse terrain, including private homes and apartments.
- 3Provide exceptional customer service at the door, with a smile and professional demeanor.
- 4Process orders at the store using our POS system, handling cash and card payments accurately.
- 5Assist with in-store tasks during downtime, such as folding boxes, prepping ingredients, and cleaning surfaces.
- 6Maintain your delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in good working order.
- 7Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws, protecting yourself, your vehicle, and our products.
- 8Support the team during peak hours by helping with deliveries from Domino's company vehicles when needed.
- 9Complete daily vehicle inspection and report any issues to management.
- 10Learn and grow your skills through our paid training program, including Domino's training videos and on-the-job coaching.
Requirements10
- 118+ years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- 2No drug or alcohol related driving violations in the last 5 years.
- 3Access to a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle for deliveries, or willingness to use a company vehicle where available.
- 4Ability to navigate using GPS and physical maps, and to read street signs and addresses quickly.
- 5Strong customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous in all situations.
- 6Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds for short distances.
- 7Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and navigating stairs (up to 5+ flights).
- 8Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.
- 9Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
- 10Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks, including bending, reaching, and squatting.
