What You'll Do11
- 1Operate vehicles safely while adhering to road regulations and reporting issues to the Warehouse Manager
- 2Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle condition
- 3Keep cargo areas organized and sanitary
- 4Verify order accuracy against documentation before departure
- 5Load and secure shipments using appropriate equipment
- 6Execute efficient multi-stop routes delivering products to job sites
- 7Document discrepancies immediately and communicate with management
- 8Assist warehouse staff when schedules allow
- 9Maintain professional interactions with clients and vendors
- 10Follow DOT and internal safety protocols consistently
- 11Stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds and operate machinery safely
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum one year driving experience preferred
- 3Strong attention to detail and communication abilities
- 4Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
- 5Physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting
- 6Certification in forklift operation and material handling
- 7Valid driver's license with clean record
