Overview
Own the TechnoTree DCM deployments across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production at HR Pundits in Miami, Florida. Scale catalog configuration promotion through CI/CD pipelines built on Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps. Partner with DevOps teams to establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and drive release automation. What You'll Do9
- 1Manage TechnoTree DCM deployments across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
- 2Support CI/CD pipelines for catalog deployments and configuration promotion using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- 3Implement automated build, deployment, rollback, and release management processes for DCM catalogs.
- 4Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management standards.
- 5Debug and resolve environment-specific issues in DCM deployments to ensure zero-downtime releases.
- 6Drive continuous improvement in release workflows, reducing manual steps and increasing deployment frequency.
- 7Document deployment runbooks and configuration change procedures for cross-team consistency.
- 8Scale config management practices to support multi-region catalog rollouts.
- 9Lead technical design reviews for DCM deployment architecture and automation.
Requirements8
- 15+ years managing TechnoTree DCM or equivalent digital catalogue platforms.
- 23+ years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- 3Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- 4Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation tasks.
- 5Experience deploying to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- 6Deep understanding of release management, rollback strategies, and configuration promotion.
- 7Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- 8Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills in multi-environment setups.
