What You'll Do11
- 1Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks across speech and voice datasets
- 2Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency accuracy and data integrity at scale
- 3Work with audio and language data including transcription categorization and tagging
- 4Maintain strong throughput while meeting quality expectations
- 5Escalate unclear or ambiguous cases appropriately
- 6Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows as systems and requirements change
- 7Support baseline data production needs for AI training pipelines
- 8Contribute to team calibrations and quality alignment sessions
- 9Own daily data labeling workloads with measurable output targets
- 10Document process improvements and suggest workflow optimizations
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine annotation standards
Requirements11
- 1Native-level fluency in Japanese
- 2Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals
- 31 year of work experience in data labeling annotation or content-focused work
- 4Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification in a related field
- 5Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently
- 6High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
- 7Comfort working in structured process-driven environments
- 8Basic familiarity with AI speech technology or language data is a plus
- 9Experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow preferred
- 10Experience with AWS Certified technologies valued
- 11Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure preferred
