Overview
You own scalable cloud data pipelines for high-volume manufacturing at Digital Janet LLC in Grand-Prairie, Texas. You build on Databricks and Snowflake with AWS and Azure using medallion architecture. You join a team of 5+ years experienced engineers. Your first 90 days: ship a production pipeline and set standards for lakehouse design.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build SQL and Python ETL pipelines for high-volume manufacturing data.
- 2Design medallion layers on Databricks and Snowflake.
- 3Migrate legacy data workflows to AWS or Azure lakehouse.
- 4Debug pipeline failures and optimize query performance.
- 5Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on Spark jobs.
- 6Automate data quality checks with Python and Airflow.
- 7Document pipeline design and maintain code in Git.
- 8Own data model changes and ensure 5+ years of reliability.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in data engineering with strong SQL and Python.
- 2Hands-on Databricks and Snowflake experience.
- 3Proficiency in medallion architecture and Lakehouse patterns.
- 4Experience with AWS or Azure data services.
- 5Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
- 6Ability to work onsite in Grand-Prairie, Texas 4 days a week.
- 7Proven track record in manufacturing or high-volume data.
Salary Insight
