D365 Supply Chain Consultant, Microsoft ERP Implementation
Overview
You will lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations for clients across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support. You will configure core modules, advise on supply chain process improvements, and mentor junior team members. Working within Crowe's consulting practice, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and trusted partnerships. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the configuration and implementation of D365 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, and Warehouse Management.
- 2Configure and support advanced SCM capabilities such as Master Planning, Asset Management, Transportation Management, and Quality Management.
- 3Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, solution designs, and system configurations.
- 4Develop functional design documentation for customizations, integrations, reports, and system enhancements.
- 5Advise clients on supply chain process improvements, including inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse efficiencies.
- 6Develop and execute testing activities, including system integration testing and UAT.
- 7Partner with technical and project teams to support customizations, integrations, data conversions, and overall project delivery.
- 8Lead client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions while serving as a trusted D365 SCM advisor.
- 9Provide go-live and post-production support and drive successful user adoption.
- 10Mentor junior team members and share D365 SCM best practices and implementation knowledge.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree.
- 23+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
- 3Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management.
- 4Experience with advanced SCM modules such as Master Planning, Production Control, Asset Management, Transportation Management, or Quality Management.
- 5Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
- 6Experience gathering requirements and developing functional design documentation.
- 7Experience supporting system customizations, integrations, and data conversions.
- 8Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
- 9Strong communication, organization, and project delivery skills in a consulting environment.
- 10Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification.
