Customer Service Representative, U-Haul, Dallas TX
Overview
You will own the customer experience at a bustling U-Haul center, managing rentals and returns with U-Scan technology. You will work outdoors, inspecting and maintaining a fleet of trucks and trailers, and assist customers face-to-face. What You'll Do8
- 1Assist customers inside and outside the center, using U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory
- 2Move and hook up trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment including fluid checks
- 3Answer questions and educate customers on products and services
- 4Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
- 5Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane (certification offered)
- 6Drive a forklift (certification offered) to move equipment
- 7Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University
- 8Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- 3Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- 4Capability to lift and move equipment weighing 50 lbs or more
- 5Willingness to obtain certifications in propane handling and forklift operation
