What You'll Do9
- 1Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in-person and over the phone
- 2Accurately enter customer orders into the system and handle payment transactions
- 3Provide product recommendations and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction
- 4Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- 5Assist in food preparation including making pizzas and other menu items when needed
- 6Maintain store cleanliness covering workstations lobby and restrooms
- 7Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- 8Work effectively as part of a team to meet service goals
- 9Assist with stocking and inventory management
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading customer service teams
- 35+ years experience using Salesforce CRM
- 42+ years working with POS systems
- 516 years old minimum age requirement
