Overview
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will own customer interactions and ensure brand excellence. You will work onsite in Denver Colorado and manage payroll. This role offers a unique chance to grow within a dynamic franchise environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Answer the phone or assist carryout customers politely while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu
- 2Maintain perfect image by knowing and demonstrating customer wow steps
- 3Count pepperoni and ham on every order daily regardless of topping amount
- 4Lead drivers to ensure orders are placed correctly in the oven
- 5Provide every pizza maker with accurate item counts and extra items
- 6Ensure drivers have $1 in coin change on every delivery
- 7Require drivers to say Let me get your change on every order without exception
- 8Prohibit carrying more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
- 9Enforce vehicle cleanliness and positive image standards
- 10Conduct safe delivery CBT for all shipments
- 11Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high volume delivery operations
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified preferred
- 65+ years experience with POS systems
- 73-5 seasons coordinating with drivers and teams
- 8Knowledgeable about food safety protocols
- 9Strong communication skills for customer interactions
- 10Attention to detail for order accuracy
