Overview
You will own the customer experience at The UPS Store, handling sales, product questions, and transactions with accuracy. You will work alongside a small team in a hands-on retail setting. What You'll Do7

- 7Handle phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, resolving customer questions efficiently.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of customer service or retail experience, preferably in a UPS Store or similar environment.
- 2Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and applying retail math principles.
- 3Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- 4Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy retail setting.
- 5Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations is preferred.
- 6Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
