Customer Service Associate I - Dollar Tree

What You'll Do10
- 1Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
- 2Process sales transactions using assigned cash registers
- 3Secure cash and protect company assets
- 4Maintain store inventory through restocking and merchandise recovery
- 5Ensure a positive safe and respectful atmosphere for all stakeholders
- 6Clean and restock bathrooms sweep and mop floors take out trash and keep all areas presentable
- 7Follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- 8Lift between 30 and 50 pounds from floor to shoulder height
- 9Walk stand stoop kneel climb push pull and repeat repetitive motions
- 10Develop strong organizational communication and problem solving skills
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred prior retail hospitality experience strongly encouraged
- 2Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and engage in frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive tasks
- 3Excellent customer service relationship management skills
- 4Strong organizational communication and problem solving abilities
- 5Commitment to ADA compliance and reasonable accommodations
