What You'll Do8
- 1Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service at every job.
- 2Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates.
- 3Remove junk safely from homes and businesses, following safety protocols.
- 4Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks; training provided.
- 5Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs.
- 6Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.
- 7Manage daily routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- 8Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
Requirements8
- 11+ year in sales or customer service, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- 2Physically fit and able to lift 75+ lbs on a regular basis.
- 3Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (company covers cost).
- 4Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- 5Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis hub.
- 6Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day each week.
- 7Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts starting at 7am or 12pm.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent.
Salary Insight
$58 - $67k per year
