- 3CPC Card certification preferred for customer service roles
- 4BCBA credential valued for client interaction excellence
- 5AWS Certified experience required for cloud infrastructure responsibilities
- 610+ years of hospitality management experience
- 7Strong communication skills demonstrated through written and verbal interactions
- 8Technical proficiency with POS systems and mobile ordering platforms
- 9Problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement
